Reef Exotic Guarantee

Reefexotic.net guarantees all our corals to arrive alive and pest free. When you receive your coral it is important to let us know as soon as possible of any problems that may have occurred during shipping, with in 6 hours of delivery. (We may request a photo of the coral in question.) Corals from the Rare Exotics,Montipora, Acroporas, Chalice and LPS sections carry a 15 day Guarantee. Clams only carry a Arrive Alive Guarantee. Freight will only be comp'd on DOA orders reported in the first 6 hours of delivery.
